Tracking Orders

We process orders Monday through Friday and can get all your ordered items prepared to ship within 3 business days.

In most cases, parcels will be delivered from our warehouse with available inventory and the closest to you (Mostly from Hong Kong for the faster process) via ePacket with a tracking number. If after 45 days, you still haven't received your order, please contact us and we will give you a refund without questions.

DO:

  • Throw in the dishwasher or wash with warm, soapy water.
  • Remove stains with sunlight and banish smells by baking.
  • Leave seal open while microwaving and handle with care when hot.
  • Keep oven temps to 425°F or below and always use on a baking sheet.
  • Open by gently rolling down sides of seal; press out excess air when closing.

DON’T:

  • Store sharp objects inside (or let puppy teeth get at ‘em).
  • Turn inside out to dry; place upside down on a rack instead.
