Return/Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your product arrival (against parcel tracking), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  1. Product with obvious signs of use
  2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  3. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping Fee

You are responsible for the return shipping fee, arranging the shipping logistics, and preparing the shipping label—unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return Authorization Required

All eligible returns must contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization number before shipping. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Cancel Order

We accept order cancellation within 12 hours of order confirmation by email. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
